LEARN MORENetLedger is formed by ex-Oracle technical guru Evan Goldberg. Born in the cloud, NetSuite became the first true-cloud accounting solution in the world offering savvy early adopters the ability to move away from traditional on-premise accounting software with a promise of pioneering the cloud Business Management Platform space.
Over the first five years of NetSuite's growth, the platform had grown to include additional modules to support users outside of the accounting department. This prompted a name change for NetLedger, to reflect the broader solution coverage adding inventory, eCommerce and CRM software.
In 2003 NetReturn launched NetSuite in Australia in a distribution agreement with NetSuite. Don McLean is the Sales Director of Net Return. Craig Traub was the first NetSuite consultant based in Melbourne. NetReturn pioneer cloud business software in Australia helping some of the country's earliest adopters to achieve success with NetSuite.
Craig & Don start Onlineone to deliver technical and consulting services and develop IP around NetSuite selling into the Australian & New Zealand markets. Onlineone fast becomes the leading NetSuite solution provider in Australia with offices and teams in multiple states.
Onlineone founders sell the company to Fronde, a New Zealand-based technology advisory firm and become the Australian business unit of the Fronde Group. Fronde, having seen the growth trajectory of cloud business management applications, invests heavily in growing the NetSuite practice alongside its other core business streams of Google and Salesforce.

Chee’s goal is to design and build products that add value to a broad array of diverse businesses.
Prior to working at NetSuite and Oracle, Chee was a full stack developer. That technical experience has allowed him to lead the product design and development team at PKF Digital.
Don is the elder statesman of the team. When Don began his career in IT, cloud computing was just for the meteorologists. However, in the early 2000s he spotted where telecoms & technology were heading and created PKF Digital together with Craig Traub.
For the last 20 years, Don’s been involved in growing and managing companies from start-up through to acquisition, and hands-on helping our customers move their business to the cloud. He loves NetSuite for many reasons and has done since 2003.
Craig, the co-founder of PKF Digital, is a Chartered Accountant by profession who began his career at PwC as an auditor. This enabled him to learn about business processes and systems at a multitude of companies.
An entrepreneur at heart, Craig got early exposure to NetSuite in the early 2000s and together with Don had a shared vision for what NetSuite (then NetLedger) was going to become.
Craig has been consulting in NetSuite and accounting practises for over 20 years, and has overseen the delivery of cloud-based systems for more than 200 organisations.
Jon lives and breathes NetSuite. Jon and his band of ninjas are responsible for the successful delivery of PKF Digital's projects and support.
With 100s of NetSuite projects under his belt, Jon is a well seasoned and certified NetSuite ERP Consultant. Jon has a particular penchant for business automation, leading projects from their foetal stage, through the teenage years and onto maturity and true digital transformation.
Jon uses his innovative lens to come up with breakthrough ideas to help customers of all sizes and industries to grow in the platform. Understanding and solving complex problems tickles him.
Chris joined the PKF Digital clan in 2013 after a first-half career in robotic software engineering.
Chris uses his technical background to be hyper-quizzical (aka annoyingly questioning) to ensure business needs and software promise do result in quality customer outcomes.
Chris has led high performing customer success, sales & marketing teams, and at PKF Digital today Chris’s team is responsible for ensuring our customers are happy, and to find new customers to help thrive with NetSuite.
Bex’s number one priority is to make sure our PKF Digital customers are happy.
Using her strong communication and analytical skills to gather and evaluate customer business objectives - pinpointing the “why” from their requirements - Bex is passionate about helping businesses really get the best out of NetSuite.
With her expert knowledge of NetSuite evolving from over 7 years of experience, Bex’s previous roles in implementing NetSuite from the client-side provide a unique perspective in the overall ERP implementation process.

Through her extensive experience with both Oracle and NetSuite, Tracy has worked in a wide range of industries and countries.
Eventually transitioning to working for customers and now consulting, Tracy’s previous experience and the knowledge she has gained have allowed her the opportunity to see both sides of the process, providing added value in managing the customer/vendor relationship.
Passionate about streamlining business on NetSuite, Analyn can provide end-to-end consulting, from Business Analysis to Go-Live.
Analyn is a certified NetSuite ERP Consultant with over 10 years of NetSuite experience, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a former NetSuite employee herself and is one of the most senior Functional Consultants at PKF Digital.
