1998
NetLedger Inc. formed

NetLedger is formed by ex-Oracle technical guru Evan Goldberg. Born in the cloud, NetSuite became the first true-cloud accounting solution in the world offering savvy early adopters the ability to move away from traditional on-premise accounting software with a promise of pioneering the cloud Business Management Platform space.

2002
NetLedger changes name to NetSuite

Over the first five years of NetSuite's growth, the platform had grown to include additional modules to support users outside of the accounting department. This prompted a name change for NetLedger, to reflect the broader solution coverage adding inventory, eCommerce and CRM software.

2003
NetSuite launches in Australia

In 2003 NetReturn launched NetSuite in Australia in a distribution agreement with NetSuite. Don McLean is the Sales Director of Net Return. Craig Traub was the first NetSuite consultant based in Melbourne. NetReturn pioneer cloud business software in Australia helping some of the country's earliest adopters to achieve success with NetSuite.

2007
Onlineone started

Craig & Don start Onlineone to deliver technical and consulting services and develop IP around NetSuite selling into the Australian & New Zealand markets. Onlineone fast becomes the leading NetSuite solution provider in Australia with offices and teams in multiple states.

2013
Onlineone founders, Don & Craig sell the business to Fronde

Onlineone founders sell the company to Fronde, a New Zealand-based technology advisory firm and become the Australian business unit of the Fronde Group. Fronde, having seen the growth trajectory of cloud business management applications, invests heavily in growing the NetSuite practice alongside its other core business streams of Google and Salesforce.

2015
Fronde’s NetSuite Business Unit wins NetSuite APAC Partner of the year

Based on new business sales and customer service Fronde win the Asia Pacific Partner of the year at NetSuite’s annual SuiteWorld event in San Jose. Having firmly cemented themselves as leaders in the NetSuite world, Fronde quickly become the partner of choice for businesses wanting to implement NetSuite.

2016
Fronde’s NetSuite Business Unit wins the NetSuite APAC Partner of the Year award for the second year running

For the second time in as many years, Fronde wins the title of NetSuite APAC Partner of the year. This award is given to the NetSuite partner with the highest levels of sales and customer support and is a recognition for the business's level of experience and quality of delivery.

2016
Oracle acquires NetSuite

Oracle Corporation acquires NetSuite for $9.6bn in cash and creates a separate business unit for NetSuite under the Oracle family of products. NetSuite is positioned as the go-to solution for small and mid-market companies seeking to grow with modern cloud-based solutions.

2020
Onlineone founders acquire Fronde’s NetSuite assets

Craig Traub & Don McLean acquire the NetSuite assets of the Fronde business from Fronde as a Management Buy Out (MBO). Onlineone is relaunched with the mission of once again becoming the leading NetSuite partner in the ASIA Pacific region and growing the business with innovations in NetSuite Native SuiteApp developments such as Cashflow Plus for NetSuite and Email Approvals Plus for NetSuite.

2022
Onlineone re brands as PKF Digital

Craig Traub & Don McLean acquire the NetSuite assets of the Fronde business from Fronde as a Management Buy Out (MBO).
